We’re really excited to officially introduce The Coal House.

As many of you know, we’ve taken over the space at Coedcae Industrial Estate, bringing with us a new vision while holding onto what already makes this place special. We’ve been fortunate to take on the equipment from CF72 and continue training within the same four walls that so many of you have called home.

With a new name and a new direction, there will naturally be some changes along the way, but what matters most to us is the community that already exists here. That doesn’t change. If anything, it’s something we want to build on and protect.

To mark the start of this next chapter, we’re offering a Founding Members discount of 20% OFF your first three months. It’s our way of giving you the chance to experience the coaching, the atmosphere and what we’re building here.

We also want to be open and honest from the start. There will be a price increase. Both the property rental and rates have gone up, and while we wish we could have avoided it, it simply wasn’t possible. Our hope is that over your first three months with us, you’ll feel that what we offer is worth that extra investment.

We’re also excited to be bringing back CrossFit and introduce HYROX. This is just the beginning as we build a solid foundation for the class schedule as we continue to grow. We’re focusing on creating a manageable, sustainable setup to make sure the doors stay open so we can grow and expand to what’s next.
