We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, date of birth, emergency contact information, and payment details when you join or interact with us. Where relevant, we may also collect limited health information that you choose to provide so we can coach you safely. We also collect basic technical data, such as website usage information, through cookies.

Your data is used to manage your membership, deliver our services, process payments, communicate with you, and improve what we offer. We process your information on the basis of contractual necessity, legitimate interests, and, where applicable, your consent.

We use WodBoard to manage memberships and class bookings. Your data is securely stored and processed within this system and shared only with trusted providers (such as payment processors) where necessary. We never sell your personal data.

We only keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfil our services and meet legal obligations. We take appropriate steps to keep your information secure.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, as well as to object to or restrict certain processing. You can also withdraw consent at any time. If you have concerns, you have the right to contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Our services are not intended for individuals under 16 without parental consent.
